1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as The Luxe Tech is not responsible for lost returns

6. Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

  • Reason for return

8. Warranty

All The Luxe Tech products include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
